This 5 star, accredited by Visit Scotland, apartment has stunning, unprecedented views of Edinburgh castle and is available periodically throughout the year. It commands an extremely central location on the corner of fashionable George St. and North Castle St., and is surrounded by leading stores such as Harvey Nichol’s and great restaurants and bars. It is decorated and furnished to the highest standard, and comes with free wifii throughout, large screen HD Sony screen with satellite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped to a gastronomic standard and comes with three ovens; steam, combi-micro and main fan oven. The bathroom has a wonderful power shower and steam room combined, a double bath and underfloor heating on limstone throughout. There is also a sony hard drive sound system which can play from your ipod or iphone.

One of the first flats to be built in the New Town by James Craig in 1790 and directly adjacent to the Edinburgh town house of Sir Walter Scott! Two bedrooms – one master, (with super king-size divan) and stunning castle views. One single (but just large enough for two with a single bed that pulls out to a three quarters size bed). large elegant lounge with two large windows, contemporary furnishings and decor with two comfortable sofas and a marble dining table and chairs for six. There is a large Sony flat screen TV.

Fully fitted contemporary, luxury kitchen with everything you would expect of a 5 star property and bathroom (both with lime stone throughout) steam shower, under-floor heating and limestone wet-room. The property comes with access to the private gardens on Queens Street, just two minutes from the front door.

The apartment is situated within easy walking distance of all major attractions; museums and galleries, shops and restaurants and is a five minute walk from a nearby private gym and pool.

Surrounded by great shopping ( Harvey Nicks etc only 5 mins walk) and excellent restaurants (award winning Oloroso just across the road). Also located virtually next door to the award winning Tiger Lilly Hotel with cool decor and a nice vibe.10 mins walk to the gay scene and bars/clubs etc.

It’s also a 10 minute walk to the nearest Virgin Active Gym with great pool and is just a stones throw away from the private to residents, secluded and mature, Queens Street Gardens for which I have a key! In short great central location for all key attractions….

Have recently just installed new secondary glazing on all the bedroom windows to reduce street noise inspired by the long and protracted installation of our new tram system. the work scheduled in my neighborhood has now been completed, I hasten to add.

if you are going to the Edinburgh Festival, you couldn't be much handier to everything than this. Great view of the castle and the fireworks each night. The Spiegel tent is a two minute walk one way along George Street and the Book Festival a two minute walk the other way.
Everything you could need and more in the apartment - fast wifi and great kitchen, laundry, power shower.
Morris is a good organiser - we booked late so we couldn't stay in the same apartment for all the days we were here but he gave us the Leith apartment for 5 days and this one for 3 - both were brilliant and can't recommend them highly enough.
