My partner and I spent three weeks in Edward's and David's very cozy town house in central London in April 2019.

This was not a typical home exchange since they had agreed to host us while they were themselves in London. What a treat! They both are very nice men. They know everything about London and were eager to show us around and tell us fascinating details about the City and its history. Both are great cooks and they were so kind to treat us with dinner and wine on many occasions. That made our stay incredibly special!

The house itself is on three floors. It has two bedrooms each on a different floor with its own bathroom. It is very centrally located with easy access to many bus lines and the tube which is very convenient to get to any site of the City.

They will be coming to Montréal later in the Fall and we are looking forward to their stay because we now consider them as friends.

Thank you so much David and Edward for your great hospitality!

What a pleasure to stay in Edwards house for nearly a week. In a quiet street, but still close to all the interesting parts of London, we found ourselves the perfect stay. The house is absolutely tasteful and very comfortable. Edward was very communicative and he made sure that we had a perfect stay. Although we didn't see each other in real, our contact felt very pleasant. We would be very happy to exchange again!

Thank you again for this exchange. We appreciated your Home and we had breakfast on the terrace in the sun.
We took advantage of long walks in the magnificent parks of London with sun during all our long stay! See you soon

We had pleasure to stay in this beautiful house decorated tastefully, quiet, very clean and very well equipped.
The environment is quiet and some streets farther, many shops.

In two subway stations of the station St Pancras.
The direct bus which goes to Trafalgar Square is in 2mn.

This couple is really nice and are considered as friends now
we look forward to coming back to LONDON!

Still a perfect Exchange, very good stay under the hot sun of London.
The House was very clean and we found our apartment very clean also.
We want to meet them again and host them again.

Edward and David are great host.
The house has everything you need, terrace, backyard, two bathrooms, a big kitchen and a lovely sitting area. But most importantly, both hosts go above and beyond their limits to make you feel as if you were at home.
I found two new friends in Edward and David, and I am really looking forward for them to visit me in Madrid.

This was one great house exchange! Mike and I arrived at Edward & David’s home about 4 hours late (flight delay), and they were waiting to greet us and to welcome us to London..Their newly renovated house was located outside the central district - so that we weren’t surrounded by all the expensive tourist restaurants and crowded streets.. We were in a nice London neighborhood where we were incorporated into the real London as opposed to tourist London, and it was extremely easy with public transportation to get to any place in London and to all the trains in Great Britain and beyond.. We got to spend time in Edward & David’s home with it’s lovely guest bedroom, bathroom, sitting room, living room, modern kitchen and beautiful private deck - a perfect place for us.. And we got to know two wonderful guys who are cordial, gracious and interesting..

I met Edward and David, on a previous visit to London, when I had several Hospitality Offers, and was staying near by. They welcomed me in, showed me their lovely 3 story townhouse and made a pot of tea. We've been friends ever since. I came and stayed in January. It was lovely. So convenient to the Tube and Bus. I stayed in a beautiful suite with a bathroom and magnificent sitting room, on the 2 nd floor. I had full use of the gourmet kitchen, and the patio-garden, as well... Edward and David helped me so much with good sightseeing information, tips on restaurants, etc.
It was the best experience, ever, and I made 2 lifelong friends.

This is the second time that I have stayed in this beautiful town home with Edward and David. We have truly become great friends, and I love keeping in touch with both of them. They are always welcome me with open arms, their home is lovely to stay in, and they always invite me to have a glass of wine in the evening or a cup of tea, in the morning. Their home is always immaculately clean, and a real joy to stay in. They are the type of house that will either spend time with you if you like or are fine for you to go off on your own every day and come back late at night as I do.
I have made wonderful friends through both of them and have invested with them and Francis past summer. They are the true meaning of what a wonderful world and community it is when you are a member of, HATW!
I so look forward to their trip to New York in the future, so I can attempt to pay back their wonderful hospitality!

It is difficult to limit the superlatives we experienced during our several weeks in Edward and David's London home.

First, the interactions with our hosts were fun because of the nice people they are. Those interactions were, in addition, very helpful in understanding both their house and the neighborhood.

Second, their house and its location were ideal for us. The house is, as you can see from the photos, a very attractive place to live. In addition it is a comfortable place, particularly the ability to open a whole wall of glass so that the garden becomes a part of the first floor living space. We very much appreciated that the house is on a quiet residential street with little noise but very close to bus routes, and not far from underground stations, that make it easy to get to attractions of London spread throughout the city.

We have stayed in several other places in London in the past two years but Edward and David's place tops all the rest.
