The flat is situated on the 5th floor a few minutes walk from the Gare du Nord station, the train station where you arrive, when you take the train from the Charles de Gaulle Airport.
The flat has two rooms, a bathroom with toilet and shower and a wonderful balcony heading south. It’s ideal for two people. The flat is 21 m² (226 sq.feet). It’s small but very practical: A living room with a kitchenette and a dining table, and a room with a sofa, which can also be switched into a bedroom. When you sit in the sofa – or lie in the bed – you can see the church of Notre Dame and the dome of the Panthéon - a marvellous view.
The flat is placed in a charming neighborhood with lots of small, good restaurants and very close to an old indoor marketplace where you can buy fresh meat, fish, cheese and vegetables.
The flat is placed in the 10th arrondissement, which biggest attraction is The Canal Saint-Martin. The flat is also very close to the Gare de l’Est metro station with three metro lines. A lot of buses and the sightseeing buses also run close to the flat. You can also rent city bikes close to the flat.
It’s easy to walk to the centre of the city by nice shopping streets. It will take you around 20 minutes.

Due to renovation work on the building the flat will not be available from September 2012 until New Year 2012/13.
We are a Danish gay couple in our 50's living in Copenhagen, so this is our second home which means that we don’t have to swap simultaneously.
We are going to New York from October 13, 2012 for 10 days and are looking for a flat centrally located on Manhattan. No cats, no smoking, please.
