Welcome to our charming 2 Bedroom one bathroom ivy covered cottage complete with steam shower and outdoor jacuzzi. Multiple private terraces, Designer details and a soothing color pallet truly make this home a place to unwind and love life. The backyard is very green and luscious with mature palm trees, bamboo trees, and cascading buganillas. The property does have a separte guest house that is currently used as an office.
Our home is moments away from all LA has to offer: 2 blocks from the fabulous gay clubs and bars of Santa Monica Blvd, as well as the world famous sunset strip, fashionable Melrose Place, IM Pei Pacific Design Center and one block from glamourous Beverly Hills
We are looking to swap our home in exchange for a four night stay in Barcelona (preferably near the Gothic Quarter or Ramblas). We do have the most well behaved dog in the world, an Austrailian Labordoodle named Lucy. She is a doll, and you will fall in love with her. All we ask is that she is fed, and let out. If needed, we can have someone else look after her.
