Our apartment is in the heart of Chelsea, the gayest area of Manhattan. It is on the seventh floor, lots of light, corner unit. It includes HDTV, internet (including WiFi), complete cable TV, stereo. The apartment is 750 sq. ft., has a large living room, and an ample bedroom. There is a bike room in the basement of the building, and we have two bikes available for your use. The building has 24 hour security and a full-time superintendent. We are about 2 blocks from the nearest subway, the #1, which goes directly to Times Square. We also have an apartment for exchange in Buenos Aires, Argentina (W35854).

Chelsea is one of the most exciting parts of Manhattan, especially for gay life. There are about seven bars within easy walking distance, and scores of excellent restaurants of all cuisines. The Hudson River Bike Path is only a few blocks away; this allows off-street biking along the entire length of Manhattan Island. Also nearby is the High Line Park, a converted elevated rail line that is now the rage. Near this are dozens of art galleries. Immediately to the south is the West Village, another gay mecca, and to the north is Hell's Kitchen, the newest addition to the gay scene.

We are a gay couple, very non-scene, but fun-loving. We live both in NYC and Buenos Aires - one of us (Bill) is a US citizen and the other (Carlos) is Argentine.
