Our apartment is located in the south-west side of Rome in an area called Portuense-Monteverde. It is on the second floor and it features a big bedroom, living room, kitchen and two balconies( one with table and chairs). The apartment can accomodate 2-4 people. Air conditioning, satellite TV, Pc & Internet Wi-Fi.
We also have an apartment in Milan in the city center (near metro red line) that we might swap with yours.
The tram # 8 stop is just 5 minutes walking distance: it goes directly into the inner of the city in about 15 minutes ride. Car parking is available along the street: it is free, but we suggest you not to experience the roman traffic! We provide also PC with high-speed Internet connection (also Wi-Fi), DVD, stereo, satellite TV, and air conditioning.Nearest airport is Fiumicino (FCO)
Exchange: We will consider home exchange to all parts of the world, but are most interested in Europe, USA, Australia & New Zealand. We do not need to swap our apartments in the same period since we also have other apartments in Rome that we rent for tourists: we will be glad to give you info and suggestions about attractions, restaurants and what to do here in Rome.
Quite frequently we travel last minute in major european cities (sometimes also overseas), so do not be shy, just ask us ! We both are non-smokers. We are experienced home exchangers: already arranged home swap with Amsterdam, Paris, New York, Antwerp and Los Angeles.

We found a wonderful restaurant one block away as recommended by the Gino, a supermarket and lots of shops within a 5 minute walk.
We chose not to have a car in Rome and used public transportation, i.e., bus, trams and taxis.
We highly recommend this residence.
