My Seattle home is a charming Victorian Duplex very close to Downtown Seattle.

The second floor landing leads to a bedroom with a queen bed, and a bathroom to the right. There is a smaller bedroom with a full/futon/couch-bed on the bottom and a twin bed on the top, (bunk-bed) to the left. Straight ahead is a fully equipped kitchen including an antique Wedgwood gas stove with a griddle and heater and a cosy oak kitchen nook that can seat six. Off the kitchen to the back is a den/TV Room, with a combo washing/drying machine. Off the kitchen through french doors to the front of the house a lounge with a gas fireplace area awaits your relaxing, listening and reading pleasure.

This apartment is a vintage gem built in 1900 and remodeled in the 20's. We have updated it to about circa 1936. It is cozy, sunny and has nice territorial views.

Casa Homer is located very near to downtown Seattle's international district and Pioneer Square and the waterfront. All the amenities of Seattle are accessible by either walking-bus or car- Downtown=Pike Street Market, Chinatown, various restaurants, drugstores and grocery shopping. The main freeway (I5) to other Washington adventures is a 10 min drive.

We are a retired couple that likes to travel a lot. We have family in London and that area has a particular draw for us. We are looking for folks that would like to trade time in houses or apartments in London, Italy, France, and ??. I am a Seattle native, (Robin), and have a lot of local knowledge to share with visitors to Seattle and the northwest.
