I live in a modern (two years old) one bedroom apartment with city views (on the 6th floor of an 8th floor building). Clean modern finishes with European appliances (flat-screen cable TV, dishwasher, washer-dryier, etc), air-conditioning, marble counter tops, clean and neat. With queen-size bed in the bedroom and fold-out bed in the living area. There's a rooftop garden and free gym in the building. The apartment is quiet and faces east, overlooking a leafy outlook.

The apartment is in midtown Manhattan, five minutes away from Times Square, the theatre district, and all the attractions of the Hell's Kitchen bar and restaurant scene. You couldn't find any place more central in Manhattan.
