Our apartment (185 square meters) consist of the main and first floor of an old canal house originally built in 1650 and is located on the Keizersgracht (Emperors canal) in the historic centre of Amsterdam. The house was completely renovated in 2009. The house has a large master bedroom with bathroom, a guest-room with its own bathroom. A large kitchen/diner with handmade kitchen with all appliances Furthermore a study with computer etc. The living-room has an open gas fire and has an entrance to the private garden with terrace (120 square meters)
Our apartment is on the South side of the historic Canal area near the Amstel river. Our neighborhood is really a place were you feel right at home its quiet, friendly and feels like a little village in the City.
Were close to all the main museums(walking distance) you can see the new Hermitage museum from our front room! The house is close to the Utrechtsestraat known for its nice restaurants and shops!
We are a couple consisting of Rick 43 working in his family construction business and Mahi 40 an Emergency doctor.
