A beautifully renovated loft (2010) directly located at the IJ river with a large balcony.
The apartment is a 110 m2 with 2 floors constructed as an open plan.
It's a 5 minute walk to the Central Station of Amsterdam and 10 minutes towards the middle of the city centre.

The oostelijke Handelskade is located in the harbour of Amsterdam, where many warehouses have been renovated for living purposes. Very Gay friendly, many bars and various trams to get you into different parts of the city. Extremely convenient!

We are a gay couple, both creative, in search for another couple to exchange houses during various seasons of the year. We are pretty much open for anything but do prefer to go to warm places during winters.
