900 sq.ft, very comfortable, warm house/cabin in a world class ski area. Just a few blocks from great restaurants & nightlife plus free transport to great ski area a couple miles away. One master bedroom with additional small guest room. One bath. Additional guest sleeping quarters in small guest house without bath.
In desirable NW part of town but with lush landscaping making for great privacy year round.
All amenities, (cable, high speed Internet, new appliances, etc). As I no longer ski, my house is currently for sale (see website) but will be off market soon if not sold.
A great place for a single or a couple interested in downhill or back-country skiing. Downhill skiing is truly world class, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, all winter sports are excellent. Some very well regarded restaurants a couple blocks away. Only 20 miles from Aspen by air but quite a ways by road - so do not think this is a Aspen area house.
There will be a big gay ski week in Crested Butte this Winter & there are more and more gay people living here - I am happy to say this Town is gay friendly - but there are NO gay bars.
Single gay man (nearing retirement) with very well trained German Shepherd looking for interesting house trades. I'd be particularly interested in an extended Winter trade for something near Bellingham, WA or Arcata CA but pretty much anything will be considered. Spain or France would be great for shorter periods.
