We have 2 houses available for exchange. One is located at the suburb of Philadelphia and the other Atlanta where we spend the winter.
House #1 Philadelphia Metro Area: Beautiful 4 bedroom, 3400 sq. ft. (316 square meters) featuring a very private pool with spa attached. Gourmet kitchen with granite counter top, commercial range, and wine cooler for those who loves entertaining and cooking. The master bath is like your own person spa saloon with a 6 men jacuzzi, large walk-in shower steam room completes with rain shower and 8 other water spray outlets. I have included some pictures for this house.
House #2 Atlanta Metro Area: 3 acres of private lake front house. Beautiful estate home with 8400 sq. ft. (780 square meters), 4 huge bedroom (2 master suite), 5 bath rooms, gourmet kitchen, 3 fireplace, and your own personal gym. This house can accommodate 12 person easily. At this time we do not have any picture because we are currently summering in New Jersey.
House #1 (Philadelphia Metro Area): This house is located outside of Philadelphia about 16 miles from center city Philadelphia. There is a train that takes you direct into the gay area of Philadelphia or if you prefer the drive time is about 30 mins. In addition, you are about 45 miles from Atlantic City (Jersey Shore Beach), 89 miles from New York City, and 100 miles from Washington DC.
House #2 (Atlanta Metro Area): This house is located about 8 miles from the vibrant gay scene of Atlanta.
Jeff and I are both retired several years ago. Jeff was a retired doctor and I retired from the semiconductor equipment business. We currently spend our summer in Philadelphia area, winter in Atlanta, and normally live in other country for a month or 2 during spring. We both enjoy cooking, entertaining, traveling, and meeting new friends. We would love to spend several months out of a year at a different location worldwide.
