A 85 sq m (ca. 300 sq ft) apartment in a beautiful, historical building featuring many original features typical of the Modernista architecture (mosaic floors, stained windows, beautifully ornamented internal patio). Two balconies with perfect views of the neighbourhood and other historical buildings.
The flat is situated in: Eixample – the city’s most emblematic district – in a beautiful building of architectural interest, only 2 blocks away from the city's main drag: Paseo de Gracia with its bustling cafes, restaurants and a wide selection top-notch designer shops. Most sights and landmarks and the gay venues are within 5 minutes walk. The airport train stops just round the corner.
3 minutes walk to beautiful, historical food halls where you can shop like the locals. It is an upmarket but genuine neighbourhood where you will feel like a traveller, not a tourist.
We are a gay male couple based in Denmark and Spain. We love travelling and meeting new cultures. We are interested in many locations, but specifically in New York in the end of October/beginning of November 2010 (approx. 10 days). No simultaneous exchange possible.

We have enjoyed Miko's great hospitality for some days early august and loved it, loved it loved it! Great location, tastefully designed interior, and all was just perfect.
After a few Emails we made arrangements for the keys and felt at home the minute we walked into the door. Location gorgeous, house immaculate and in very good taste.
