The house in the village Bergen at a 45 min drive from Amsterdam. Bergen is known as a place where artists have been living, working and assembling over the last 150 years. The village is close to the sea; a 10 minutes drive or 30 min cycle tour.
Given its history, there is a lovely museum in Bergen itself. Both Amsterdam, The Hague and even Rotterdam are nearby and offer all you might be looking for in terms of museums, shopping, restaurants, etc. Obviously, cycling, long walks in the forest or on the beach as well as strolling through the village are often also highly appreciated.
I am looking for an apartment in Manhattan, NY that could house 2 people from (around) September 20 to October 9, 2010. I have to be in NY for business, mainly UN related.
