This loft apartment is located on the 4th floor in one of the most beautiful buildings in Los Angeles, The Eastern Columbia. This converted Art Deco building houses the rich and famous and offers a spectacular roof terrace with pool and jacuzzi, fully equipped gym, and door man.
My apartment is a 1200 square foot loft (135 square meters), high ceilings, concrete floors, modern kitchen, bathroom with oversized tub, and contemporary interior. King size bed, grand piano, laundry, air conditioning.

The Eastern Columbia is located in historic theater district on Broadway. Walking distance to Metro stations, Disney Hall, the Music Center, Museum of Contemporary Art, Little Tokyo, Grand Central Market, Downtown Art Walk, Fashion District, LA Live and Staples Center, and China Town.

I am a university professor at the School of Medicine at UCLA, quiet, responsible with a great interest in world travel. I love the arts, architecture, classical music, nature. Looking to exchange homes for shorter or longer periods throughout the year across the globe and within the US (New York, Miami, etc.). I will be in Paris to take a language course at the Alliance Francaise from Sept 19- Oct 2. I am looking for an exchange during that period or part of it. Non-simultaneous exchange is fine too.
