My apartment is in the heart of the East Village (7th St and Avenue A). It has large windows in every room, so it's very sunny. Plus, the view looks out over the top of the other buildings so there isn't that claustrophobic NY feel. I have a large flat-screen TV (plus a smaller one in the bedroom) and high-speed internet. I have two air conditioners and there is an elevator in the building. It's a very clean, comfortable and quiet place, probably around 65 sq meters (700 sq feet), with all the restaurants, bars and gay scene you could ask for just downstairs!
I am looking for centrally located, quiet apartments in European cities (especially Paris), but open to offers. I travel alone and I'm very neat and respectful.
