Our apartment is on the 5th floor of a nice typical XIXth century building in a trendy district of the French capital. It has an entré, a tiny bathroom with shower, a kitchen where it is possible to eat your meals. The apartment has an adult sleeping room for two persons and a living room with a convertible sofa and couch for one person. Both rooms open onto a balcony with a partial sight of Parisian monuments such as the Eiffel Tower or the Old Garnier-Opéra. There is also a child's bedroom, with a baby-bed.
We have DVD / CD player in the living room as well as a washing machine in the kitchen.
Our 47.5 sq meter flat located between Paris Nord and Paris Est railway stations with connection to TGV, Thalys and Eurostar trains, and with different bus, metro and RER lines (10-15 mn from Notre-Dame, Marais, center of Paris's gay life, or the latin quarter, or 5-10 mn from Montmartre district).
Less than 500 m you will find supermarkets, bakeries, retaurants, or other shopping possibilities.
We're gay couple, (33 and 34 years old) who have been living for nearly 7 years together and proud fathers of a two-year-old daughter living alternatively with her moms and her dads.
Frédéric is currently a school director and Matthieu is a high school teacher in History and Geography. We both speak French, German quite fluently and English. Matthieu speaks also Danish as well as a little Italian and Swedish.
Although we are primary focused on travelling to Copenhagen this summer, we are also open to other offers in the future.
