luxury and extremely safe and secure.24 secutrity gards also when u arrive to the building they will carry your suitcases up to the condo and will wellcome you ( you need to tip the staff), Its a 1 bed 1 bath condo, great kitchen dishwasher microwave etc. It has a dryer & washer that add to my condo - 2 huge flat TV and DVD players, one in the master bedroom and another in the living room. The master bedroom has a huge king size bed, a Mac computer, plenty of bathroom space and closet.Theres a home line phone you can use and in case you need to call a taxi or meet new people etc. I have a 2010 BMW convertible with a navigation, so you can drive anywhere you need to. There's a gated parking space in the building, internet, gym with steam room and sauna. We have dry cleaners if you need them. There are security guards 24 hrs of the day and all the neighbours are either hot, rich or famous. Ooh and if you have a pet it's welcome with some restrictions and if I forgot to mention anything the pics will speak for themselves.

This condo is located in the middle of everything. If you are gay we are like ...mmmm 1 n 3 blocks away from the gay bars depending which one you want to go. If you are straight all the best straight bars are from 2 to 3 to 10 blocks away. There are also gyms, shops, resturants, hotels - you name it, it's all around here. This is such a great area that you will alway see celebrities around the neighbourhood. All of the touristic areas and things to see are like 5 minutes away. You can even walk there but I hate walking unless a hot guy ask me on a walking date:)

am at the same block as all the broadways show u want to see I will also give you a list of the best and worst restaurants and why - their prices and locations and menus. I will also tell you all about gay and straight night life and what kind of people go there and what not to wear and the prices of drinks because some of them are too crazy and they are not fun at all. I'll tell you where to go and meet hot people or just dance; where to go shoping and where to get good deals. Also I will tell you what time you need to go to some bars clubs or restaurants so you can avoid the line or a headache. New york has this thing of having bars and restaurants where u can not get a table unless you are invited ONLY so it makes it more exclusive but fun i have connections for most of them and thats the new york you want to experience !!!!!!!!
