We are offering an amazing apartment in the heart of “Down Town” Barcelona, (95 sqm). The apartment is spacious and very bright, 2 bedrooms (1 master and 1 singel), big living room and a hugh kitchen for 10 people, 5 balconies, all overlooking the monument and famous tourist attraction “Arc De Triumph”.
The apartment is typical spanish, with a range of 3,5 m to the cealing and floors in spanish tails. Equipped with micro, TV, DVD and stereo.

The location of the apartment is perfect, 5 minutes to Park Cituadella and Barcelona Zoo, 10 minutes to the beach and 5 minutes to the city center, Placa Catalunya. With its great central location right on the border to both districts Eixample and Born you are with in a few minutes away from the Picasso Museum, the cathedral Santa Maria Del Mar and the bars, restaurants and nightlife that Born has to offer.
