Our house is a charming apartment located in the 16th district, a very safe, peaceful and nice area in the heart of Auteuil, in the center of Paris. The subway is just in front of the building, (the line 9 leads you directly to the Eiffel Tower, and the line 10 is very closed).
We live on the 3rd floor of a typical Parisian neo-classical (Hausmann type) building (1907), with an elevator.
It is a very sunny [70 m²] apartment with a parquet floor and high ceilings.
The spacious living-room has two big French windows with a view on a tree lined street (la rue Michel-Ange) and a pull-out sofa bed which can sleep 2 people. The bedroom has a brand-new and comfortable double bed. Light full bathroom with a washing machine. Separate toilet. The kitchen is equipped for daily cooking, with a stove, oven and microwave and all utensils you need.
Wireless (high speed) internet. Printer. TV. DVD player. Hi-fi Stereo.
You can enjoy beautiful views at dawn and in the evenings with the old cemetery of Auteuil you can see from the hall.
Quiet neighbors.

*Palais du Trocadéro. Great perspective on the Eiffel Tower and Left Bank.
*Musée Marmottan. Monet's best works are in this charming museum.

The Bois de Boulogne is a park located along the western edge of the 16ème arrondissement of Paris, near the suburb of Boulogne-Billancourt. The Bois de Boulogne has an area of 8.459 km² (3.266 sq. miles, or 2,090 acres), which is 2.5 times larger than Central Park in New York, and 3.3 times larger than Hyde Park in London!
*Marais (Best gay scene in EUROPE) : At first glance, nightlife in le Marais is mostly a gay scene…if you just have a quick look around rue des Archives and the corner of rue du Temple, it is indeed very glamour and very cruisy. But this is not the only way you can have fun in le Marais, a true cosmopolitan area where everyone can enjoy the pleasures of the night. There is a place for every type and every style…. Dining out, even as late as 5 in the morning, having a cocktail at anytime of night, dancing, meeting new friends or having devilish sex parties…whatever you desire, you can find it in le Marais

A few words about us: We are a couple. We are 27 and 30 years old. Alex writes his Phd in Latin and Italian Literature and teaches at the University of Paris.
