Spacious home with large yard that hosts views of Mt.Etna and the Mediterranean Sea.
Built in 2009 and has a full Kitchen, dining room, living room,2.5 bathrooms (showers only), Italian washer and American dryer.
Local town, Nicolosi, is at the base of Mt.Etna. Many wonderful restaurants and cafes in walking distance.

-Sports: hiking, skiing, swimming @ beaches, local waterpark, ziplining, horseback riding.

This is a great location because you can enjoy the beaches during the day and retreat to the mountain at night...and in the process, lose the heat and the tourist crowds.
The home is so new that it is not even on the Google map!
I am a teacher in Sicily and my partner is in business management in Guam. We are both non-smokers with no pet or children (while we like both, the home is not pet or child freindly because of stairs, glass and carpets).
We love to travel and are open to many places.
Looking for exchange and hosting, and both locations are available. A third location in upstate NY is available for those city friends looking to lose the heat (brown house in wooded area).
Since I'm a teacher, I'm off during the summer. This is when I travel the most and when the house is available for the longest blocks of time.

What a great home and what a generous host! Waking up in a huge Italian Villa, decorated in Japanese eclectic style while overlooking Mount Etna is an experienced not to be missed! We stay at Harry's house for a week, and found our host very friendly, charming and a real cutie! Nicolosi is a small and picturesque town with some great restaurants, and ideal for taking trips all over Sicily. Harry gave us the keys to his house after and e-mail or four and after meeting us for one minute. This warm welcome truly feels like we have a home all around the world, we have been very lucky to meet Harry and enjoy his friendly hospitality! Maps, restaurant tips, guides and an airport shuttle, what more can one wish for?
