Fabulous & light apartment with spectacular view over Alexanderplatz in Berlin-centre.
The apartment is on the 8th floor (with elevator) and directly opposit the tv-tower on Alexanderplatz. Because of the window from floor till ceiling, there´s a great view.
In the apartment is everything you need:
• Fully equiped (original DDR) kitchenette.
• Bathroom with bathtub and washingmachine.
• Tv, dvd-player and small dvd collection (no cable).
• soundsystem for IPOD or laptop, (MP3-player).
• Sheets and towels.
The apartment is close to the main sightseeings, trendy stores and funky restaurants and bars.
On walking-distance from; Unter den Linden, Reichstag, Brandenburger Tor, Holocaust-monument, Gay-monument, Checkpoint Charlie, Tiergarten, Museum-insel, Staats-Opera, Gendarmenmarkt, etc.
All public transport in front of the door; train, tram, underground, bus (station Alexanderplatz). Direct-bus to Airport Tegel, S-train to Airport Schönefeld and S-train to Hauptbahnhof (central station)
All the trendy shops and restaurants around the corner at Hakische Markt (Mitte). Kastanienallee (Pernzlauerberg) and Kreuzberg at short distance.
I am a dutch gay guy, based in Amsterdam. I use the Berlin apartment occasionally and it is rented out the rest of the year.
I like to travel as much as possible, but because Berlin is such a great city and I really like the apartment, I aslo try to spent as much time as possible in the German capital.
