My name's Adrien, I'm a french journalist and i'd like to swap my flat !
I live in the heart of one of the most historical and beautiful place of Paris, "le Marais". You can't be closest to Place des Vosges than in my spacious flat of 50m² (approx. 600 sq. ft.). It is composed of 1 large living room with hardwood floors (the sofa sleeps two), with a beautiful chimney and two large windows, 1 bedroom (sleeps two), 1 bathroom with bathtub/shower and toilet and 1 kitchen (fully equipped), Wi-Fi and music-sound in the whole apartment. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a typical parisian building. It is a very charming flat, very clean and well-decorated.
"Le marais" is the gay area of Paris, where you can have so much fun in different bars and restaurants, where you can go shopping because it is considered as one of the most luxury area in the town, you can through all day long by walking. I am one street from the 1 train Metro stop (Saint paul) and one block from the 1, 5, 8 & 11 train Metro stop (Hotel de Ville & Bastille).
I’m looking for a flat in Europe (Rome, Berlin, London or some other places to discover) and anywhere else in the world (NYC, San francisco, LA, Sydney...)
