Large condo (1 100 sq. feet / 102 m2), of recent construction, on 2 levels (basement and 1st floor), with big private patio (250 sq. feet / 24 m2) and indoor parking, in the heart of Montreal. Located on a quiet Old-Montreal street, a few minutes away from the Gay village, our condo sits where Montreal has the most to offer, being close to all major attractions and in a convenient spot to get away from Montreal to other Quebec regions. You only need a few steps to get to Plateau Mont- Royal, Place Jacques-Cartier, Downtown, St-Laurent, St-Denis and St-Catherine streets, museums, Olympic park, etc.
All six rooms are decorated with taste (ours!!), with a very clean, modern feel. We have one closed bedroom, full kitchen with breakfast spot, dining room, living room, complete bathroom with shower and tub, basement with office and very comfortable queen size sofa-bed. We are situated close to Berri-UQUAM, Champs-de-mars and Beaudry metro stations, close to self serve bike services (bixi), cycling roads and all major highways (close to Jacques-Cartier bridge). All services i.e. grocery store, pharmacy, liquor stores (S.A.Q), restaurants, bars, clubs, etc. are accessible either by foot or short car ride.
Air conditioning, BBQ (grill), patio furniture, computer with high speed Internet connection, 42in plasma HD TV in living room, 20in ACL TV in kitchen and 25in TV in bedroom, all with cable, DVD, VHS, sound system, dishwasher, washer/dryer and all amenities included.
Non-smoking condo.

We are both young professionals, non-smoking, serious and respectful (Olivier, 30, lawyer and Denis, 34, manager in education services).
We have a dog, a 3 year old Weimaraner and a cat, for those allergic. If exchange or host, we can arrange to have friends keep the pets if it is a problem.
