Listing your property on the Home Around the World website is conditional upon your acceptance of these conditions without modification. Please read them carefully.
By completing the registration forms and accepting the terms and conditions in this Agreement you verify that you understand and approve them. If you do not wish to accept any part of them, you must not use our website.
Please note that we offer two distinct services.
Hotels & Rentals and Home Exchange, so it is important you read the appropriate Terms & Conditions.

Advertising your lodging? Read below:
- All content, including photographs, on the Home Around the World website is copyrighted and may not be used, copied, downloaded, etc. without written permission.
- By your usage of this site, you agree not to hold Home Around The World, any affiliated site or the Webmaster liable for any liability whatsoever in damages arising out of the use of this site or having a listing on related sites.
- Home Around the World reserves the right to refuse any listing for any reason whatsoever. If this occurs, your money will be refunded ASAP. All other refunds, pro-rata refunds, reimbursements and credits are at the sole discretion of Home Around the World .
- Home Around the World reserves the right of editorial discretion over any submission to ensure that all content is in line with the aims of the site.
- Home Around the World reserves the right to link-disable or terminate any listing with or without a full or partial refund.
- If you wish to remove your property from the market, you can temporarily inactivate your listing and reactivate it at a future date. Your listing stays in force throughout the original term and the renewal date will not be extended during the time the property is off the market.
- If you sell your lodging you can transfer your Home Around the World listing to the new owner.
- Home Around the World reserves the right to change policies, prices, website design, and the way listings are displayed without notice. If prices are raised in the future, existing listings will not be charged extra until renewal time. If prices are lowered in the future, refunds will not be given for those who may have paid more.
- Home Around the World does not claim responsibility for availability, pricing accuracy, inaccuracies, or content of services or lodging information listed on the site or linked to through the site. It is the owner-manager’s responsibility to provide accurate and true information for specific properties, property specifics, availability, rates, amenities, reservations, and all other details, etc. We provide you with full editing facilities for this purpose.
- We respect your privacy. Home Around the World does not sell or trade email addresses or personal information. Read our Privacy Policy.
- Lodging owners wishing to list more than one lodging have a variety of discount options available. Please consult the fee information on the site, or Contact Us with your request.
- Home Around the World will not list or will remove any listing that advertises more than the approved number of units or properties or that has links to other lodging web sites without prior approval. If in doubt, Contact Us with your questions and requests. Please include your web site address and your phone number if you would like a phone call to discuss your particular situation.
- Home Around the World reserves the right to change, modify, remove, or add to these terms and policies at will without prior notification.
- Non-Solicitation ANTI SPAM Policy: Home Around the World does not participate in or tolerate the sending of unsolicited commercial email (SPAM). Use of lodging contact information and / or use of Reservation Request Forms on the Home Around the World website is restricted to booking enquiries only. Solicitation of Home Around the World advertisers / clients for commercial purposes via information provided by Home Around the World is expressly forbidden. We reserve the right to cancel, without refund, any business that mentions Home Around the World or any of its associated websites, URLs or any associated email address in any SPAM message. - I agree to indemnify Home Around the World against all costs, claims and liabilities arising from any breach of these terms.
- I acknowledge that Home Around the World cannot become involved in disputes and that these terms are governed by English law and subject to the sole jurisdiction of English Courts of Law.
